Mattresses are ALLOWED for disposal in your dumpster rental. Like tires, however, mattresses can only be disposed with the addition of a $50 fee per mattress. Many landfills use trash compactors to break down waste. Mattresses don’t break down in these trash compactors which can lead to machinery damage.
Electronic appliances are NOT ALLOWED for disposal in your dumpster. Many electric appliances contain components that cannot be broken down or recycled in any way. Some appliances even contain materials that are toxic to people and the environment.
Due to the risks, electronic appliances cannot be disposed of in your rental dumpster. If electronics are left in your dumpster, our hauler will likely refuse the pickup. If deliveries or pickups are refused by our haulers, a costly trip fee will be added to the final cost.
